You have just read a garden-path sentence. At first, this sentence may invite you to read guided as the main verb. Only later, when you reach is warmly welcomed, does it become clear that guided through … describes the visitor (The visitor [who is] guided through my personal website is warmly welcomed.). In other words, I am rather good at using complicated ways to express simple meanings :).

I am currently an MSc Cognitive Neuroscience student at Radboud University in Nijmegen. Before that, I completed an MSc in Psycholinguistics at the University of Edinburgh, where I developed my interest in eye movements in reading and sentence processing. Broadly, my research interests center on ambiguity resolution: basically, what strategies help people recover from uncertainty.
